Will the £300 deposit be returned back to me?

Yes of course, as soon as the GoPro is returned back in the same condition, we will refund the full deposit back to the payment card.

Do I have to cover the return delivery costs myself?

Absolutely not, we will send a return stamp along with the GoPro, which will cover the costs to return everything back free of charge.

What if I lose the GoPro?

Please email us as soon as possible and submit your case. We will use a proportion of the deposit to replace the device and return back the remainder of the funds.

Can I extend the number of days while I have the GoPro?

Yes of course, please email us in advance and we will apply our normal daily rate to the extension. Please note there will be penalty charges if you do not warn us.
